The owner of The Complete Garage Conversion Co is Mr Lester James Ingledew and has been within the building industry all of his working life (34 years). He started out digging foundation trenches and has gained experience all the way through to professionally surveying buildings structurally.We know how to convert a garage.
Yes we have public liability insurance with Axa insurance and a copy of our insurance certification is available on request. We carry a 1 million pound claim level that we hope we do not need to claim on!
We have a further trading company (established in 1987) called Arid preservation in which we deal with damp and decay problems within buildings. This is a unique marriage because we are qualified to deal with any damp issues in garage conversions. We do not know of any other company fortunate enough to have that experience. The major issue of damp in a garage conversion must be dealt with properly. Our experience in damp and decay allows us to be confident with garage conversions.Lester (the owner) has a surveyor qualification in damp and decay. We have been converting cellars and basements for over 22 years and we believe that if we don't know now we never will!
